All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lonkoom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Fragrance Shipping Notice

Our products contain alcohol-based fragrance ingredients and are shipped in compliance with applicable shipping regulations.

To ensure safe delivery:

  • All items are securely packaged

  • Ground or compliant air shipping methods are used when required


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

7. Incorrect Address

Lonkoom is not responsible for:

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
